All products are shipped from Arizona, United States so international customers can expect customs duties on orders in certain cases.
Please allow up to 7-21 working days for our team to process, pack, and ship your order.

For Pre-Order drops, all sales are final. We cannot swap sizes because your order is specifically made for you. We can only offer returns or refunds if your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Refused packages will be considered forfeited and will not be eligible for a refund.

Once packages have been handed to shipping providers, Protect is no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged orders. Customers are responsible for paying shipping and handling fees.
